• This brace provides optimal structural integrity, rigidity and comfort, and thus reduces the risk of sustaining injuries to the medial and lateral collateral ligament, the anterior and posterior cruciate ligament, and the lateral and medial meniscus.
• The replaceable knee cups are constructed with a polyurethane outer shell backed with a Nucleon PLASMA Knee protector for the optimum blend of impact protection, flexibility and scratch resistance.
• The replaceable strategically positioned upper and lower patella extensions ensure maximum coverage regardless of the flexion or extension angles.
• The extremely stable, slim-design four-point hinge system perfectly follows the articulation of the knee while the extension stops, which are available in a range from 0 to 30 degrees, assist in setting the brace to the desired maximum opening angle.
• The stainless-steel bushings in the four-point hinge system have an anti-oxidation treatment.

Nucleon PLASMA Shin Padding

Nucleon PLASMA compound and geometry
The Nucleon PLASMA element is constructed from a bio-based viscoelastic impact-absorbing compound containing no less than 25% bio-based content, molded into a precision-engineered geometry. The PLASMA material dissipates impact energy and significantly reduces transmitted forces through controlled material response, while the low-profile PLASMA geometry is developed to compress and extend with movement and support airflow through its channeled, highly perforated design.

Soft-touch thermoformed padding
Soft-touch thermoformed padding ensures the highest levels of rider comfort while keeping the knee brace securely in position and is replaceable as a spare part.

Thermoformed condyle padding
Soft-touch thermoformed condyle padding is available in different thicknesses for a customized fit and is replaceable as a spare part.

Nucleon PLASMA shin padding
Nucleon PLASMA is embedded in the shin padding for additional protection.

Padded non-slip X-straps
Padded X-straps are backed with non-slip material to keep the knee brace securely in position while riding and are profiled to avoid pinching the back of the knee when fully flexed.

Keyhole snapping buckle system
High tensile strength buckles are robust yet flexible for easy strapping and adaptability, with a keyhole snapping system that allows the upper and lower buckles to be easily locked in the closed position.

Exchangeable extension stops
The extension stops are easily exchangeable, available in 0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 degrees, and replaceable as spare parts.
