In the closing laps of the 19th NASCAR Cup Series race of the season, Chase Briscoe staved off the charge of his equally determined Joe Gibbs Racing teammate, Christopher Bell, to win for the first time this season, for the first time at Chicagoland and the sixth time in his career.

Christoper Bell finished second, Denny Hamlin third, William Byron fourth, Alex Bowman fifth, Bubba Wallace sixth, Ryan Blaney seventh, Ty Gibbs eighth, Corey Heim ninth, Ryan Herbst tenth, and Chase Elliott eleventh; all Alpinestars drivers.
